MeatEggsSo far our holiday has been marked by feast after feast. Christine and I are cooking up a storm. The eggs benedict on Christmas morning, followed by a tenderloin roast with Bearnaise sauce for dinner, made it clear that my New Year’s resolution has to be something to do with exercise!!

We are learning a lot about making sauces over the last few days. I’ll never again cheat on making a Hollandaise sauce. It’s just too easy, and too yummy, to not do it from scratch.
