Freaky Light

A forest fire in the nearby Santa Cruz mountains filled the sky with smoke today. At sunset the light in our neighborhood was very freaky. An orange/yellow-living-in-the-netherworld kind of light.

That’s cool you caught a picture of the sky that night. It was sooooo eery…but cool too. I actually thought it would be nice to have more days with that color.
It was nice that it didn’t come with the smoky smell the last fire left us with.
