Just got back from my longest bike ride ever. Sixty seven odd miles, in the Sequoia Century 100k event. We rode from Palo Alto to the coast and back, climbing 6000 feet in the process and visiting redwood forests galore. The support (read: food) was fantastic, and I feel far better than I ought to after such a long ride.
